Deaf History Digitisation Project

After Vicdeaf’s Annual General Meeting on Monday 26 October at the State Library of Victoria, the History Digitisation Project was officially launched by Project Coordinator, Sophie Li. Sophie thanked Public Records Office Victoria and Museums Australia (Victoria) for funding and continued support for the project. Sophie then showed key stakeholders, deaf and hard of hearing people how to access the deaf history collection online on Victorian Collections website and Vicdeaf YouTube channel.

As Vicdeaf has a large amount of historical resources, they will continue to be uploaded over the next few months.
