Vicdeaf understands that from time to time staff members or members of the public may be unhappy over the actions of Vicdeaf or a staff member.
To resolve these issues Vicdeaf has policies and procedures in place. One of these policies Vicdeaf uses to resolve serious issues raised is the ‘Whistleblower Policy’.
‘Whistleblower’ policies and procedures have been created to make sure that people can outline their concerns about actual or genuinely suspected breaches of Vicdeaf’s ethical and legal standards without fear of punishment or feeling threatened by doing so.
