Newgate Research, which is an accredited market and social research company based in Melbourne, is working with the Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority (ESTA) in Victoria to understand the experiences of deaf callers who have contacted Triple Zero within the last year.
This research is being conducted so that ESTA can understand what is working well and also how they could improve the caller experience. Your participation would be immensely valuable to assist with this.
Interviews last approximately 1 hour, and all participants receive a thank you payment of $80 for their time. Interviews will be conducted in February 2019.
These interviews can be conducted at Newgate’s offices (120 Collins Street, Melbourne), or via video link, or at another location of your choosing, using whatever method of communication you prefer.

Newgate will then respond to your email with some further questions and to organise a date, time, location and method of communication that will suit you best for the interview.
