What is NDIS assistive technology?
Assistive technology is technology for people who are Deaf or hard of hearing that allows you to carry out daily activities.
Assistive technology includes visual and vibrating alert systems such as:
- alarm clocks
- Doorbells
- smoke alarms
- baby cry monitors
It also includes amplifying phones and personal amplifiers.
