At Expression Australia we are committed to providing the highest quality Auslan interpreting and language services to the Deaf community and our supportive partner organisations. Over the years, we have strived to maintain highly competitive pricing while delivering exceptional, tailored, Auslan/English interpreting, notetaking and captioning services.

In recent times, we have observed and analysed the increasing inflationary pressures and rising operational costs that affect the sustainability of our services. In our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service quality, we must adapt to these economic realities and therefore, after careful consideration and deliberation, we have decided to make an adjustment to our hourly charges for Auslan interpreting, notetaking and captioning services.

We want to assure you that this decision was not taken lightly and was made with careful consideration of the current economic environment, and that these changes are essential to ensure that we can continue to provide outstanding services to the Deaf community while simultaneously preserving the long-term viability of our organisation. Our priority remains the same – to offer unparalleled Auslan interpreting and language services that empower the Deaf community and meet each individuals’ specific needs.

We have included a table of the new NDIS rates below for your records and as our commitment to excellence remains steadfast, we believe that these adjustments will enable us to uphold the quality and reliability you have come to expect from Expression Australia.

These new rates will be effective as of the 2^nd of November 2023 and they will apply to all services provided from the 2^nd onward. Any interpreting services that are provided prior to this date will be supplied at the current rate.
