Changes To Auslan Connections

To members of the Deaf community and users of Auslan Connections, you might be aware that the Auslan Connections brand is a national Interpreting agency which is run by both Deaf Connect and Expression Australia through a joint venture agreement.

Auslan Connections was launched in 2015 with the goal of harnessing the combined resources of Deaf Services Queensland (now Deaf Connect) and The Victorian Deaf Society (now Expression Australia).

Recently, Deaf Connect and Expression Australia have collaboratively decided to dissolve the Auslan Connections joint venture.

Clients and the Deaf community can continue to book interpreters with either Deaf Connect or Expression Australia.

Both Expression Australia and Deaf Connect will offer in-person and VRI appointments in all states and territories and will continue to uphold the contracts and agreements awarded to Auslan Connections under the joint venture.
