General Manager - Service Delivery

Role Overview:

The General Manager, Service Delivery, will work closely with the CEO, COO and Executive team to drive services and integration across the organisation. The General Manager will deliver effective and efficient service to funded clients in Aged Care and NDIS and to all fee for service clients. The role is responsible for the integration of services across multiple Expression Australia service areas including but not limited to;

  • Interpreting
  • Audiology
  • Support Work
  • Residential Support Work
  • Aged Care
  • Learning & Training
  • Support Coordination
  • Reconnect
  • Interstate & regional service delivery

About You:

  • You have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - either directly or through your teams
  • Demonstrated experience in aged care/disability/community care.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of NDIS and disability sector, including relevant legislation, funding and policy protocols, standards, and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively design and develop new services.
  • Strong resilience, and a demonstrated ability to manage organisational change.
  • Excellent interpersonal and public communication skills, including the ability to communicate, negotiate and influence at all levels within the organisation and with external agencies and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing strategic business plans and initiate actions to reinforce and support the organisations strategic objectives
  • Demonstrated experience in managing high performing teams to deliver organisational outcome.
  • A proven ability to innovate and modify existing processes and practices, in response to customer needs or market changes.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with experience using data to drive improved team performance and customer experience.
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field/disability and possess significant skills, knowledge, and experience (preferred)
  • Auslan proficiency desired.
